Sell Market Game to chambers of commerce and their sponsors

Chambers host a live business game for their members; banks and local companies sponsor it. You bring them together — as an independent agent on commission or as our founding account executive.

Independent contractors · Remote · U.S. first. Built for B2B sellers who already have the relationships.

Open roles

Two ways to sell Market Game

Market Game is a live business simulation: 4–20 teams of local business owners run competing companies in one shared market — pricing, marketing, capacity, bank loans — and watch the leaderboard change every round. Chambers host it as a member-engagement event that can bring in non-dues revenue. Sponsors fund it and get their brand built right into the game, in front of a room full of local business owners.

$200

Looking for a new line to carry? If you already call on chambers of commerce, community banks, credit unions, insurance agencies or marketing agencies, here’s a program they’ll actually want.

Uncapped earnings

  • Single event (avg. $3,000) → $600
  • Annual program (avg. $18,000) → $3,600/yr for as long as it renews
  • Land 5 annual accounts and you’re earning $18,000/yr in residuals before your next sale

Example only, not a guarantee.

Host the games yourself

We pay you $200 for every game you run, and we’ll train you. No expertise needed: the game engine does the math, and in the debrief the players share their own strategies — you just run it. Sell a $3,000 event and host it yourself: $600 + $200 = $800 to you. Every game also puts you in a room full of local business owners: new clients for your other lines and a closer relationship with the chamber.

What you get

  • Deal registration: your leads and accounts stay yours
  • Paid monthly
  • Ready-made sales pages, demo access, and the founder on your key calls

Not an entry-level role. It’s built for reps who already have the relationships.

$90,000–$120,000

Retainer set by location outside the U.S. Commission on every contract you close, new and renewal: uncapped, the same rate in every country.

We’re looking for our first account executive for the U.S. market: an experienced B2B seller who already works with chambers of commerce, business associations, banks, credit unions, insurance agencies or marketing agencies. This is not an entry-level role.

What you’ll do

  • Book free 60-minute demo games with chambers and their sponsors
  • Answer demo requests from marketgame.biz within one business day
  • Close Pilots ($1,500), Signature Events ($3,000) and Annual Programs ($18,000 a year)
  • Bring in banks that sponsor several chambers at once ($15,000 per chamber a year, from 5 chambers)
  • Keep accounts renewing, and help build the playbook for the reps who follow you

What you get

  • A site built to sell instead of a slide deck: state pages, a board brief, a sponsor prospectus with the chamber’s name, a ticket-revenue calculator
  • A game that already works: open games run online and offline
  • The founder on your key calls

Who you are

  • 3+ years closing B2B deals
  • Relationships with chambers, associations, banks, credit unions or the companies that sponsor them
  • Fluent English; at ease presenting to a chamber board or a bank’s marketing team

Why now

Americans filed 531,728 new business applications in August 2026 alone (U.S. Census Bureau) — the people our Start format is built for. The chamber program itself is new to the U.S.: the first chamber in each state becomes its Founding Chamber. You’d be opening states, not inheriting someone else’s accounts.

Where one sale leads

Pilot→Signature EventorAnnual Program

The Pilot grows

After a Pilot ($1,500), offer a Signature Event ($3,000) or the Annual Program ($18,000 a year). The Pilot is credited if the chamber signs the Annual Program within 90 days, and you earn on the next contract too.

Chamber→Its bank sponsor

The chamber opens its bank

Most chambers have a bank or credit union among their sponsors. Ask for an introduction and bring the sponsor prospectus with the chamber’s name. A bank that sponsors 5 chambers or more pays $15,000 per chamber a year.

You host→$200+New contacts

The game brings the next client

Run the game yourself: $200 per game for independent agents, and two hours in a room full of local business owners — the next chamber, the next sponsor, clients for your other lines. Back to the top of the map.

Where you start

Not a job description: the first moves that work from where you already are. Pick the profile closest to yours.

Your profile

Business owner and chamber member

  1. Start with your own chamber

Ask the president or the events director for 15 minutes. You are a member, so you already have the relationship. Mention that the first chamber in your state to sign becomes its Founding Chamber.

  2. Offer the free demo first

A 60-minute demo game online for the staff or the board. The next step is a Pilot: $1,500, or $750 for your state’s Founding Chamber.

  3. Send two links

Your state’s page and the Program brief for the board: boards decide together.

  4. Show what the chamber keeps

Ticket revenue stays with the chamber. Walk them through the ticket calculator.

  5. Ask who sponsors the chamber

After the Pilot, find the bank or credit union behind the chamber’s small-business events and send it the sponsor prospectus with the chamber’s name.

  6. Bring in the founder

For the board demo and the pricing call.

Realtor

  1. Start at the chamber you already attend

Realtors are often among its most active members. Ask the events director about a game for the small-business series.

  2. Lead with a sponsored game

Offer the chamber a Signature Event ($3,000) paid for by a lender you work with: the loan inside the game carries the lender’s name.

  3. Send each side its page

The chamber gets your state’s page and the Program brief. The lender gets the sponsor prospectus with the chamber’s name and the For banks & sponsors page.

  4. Host the game yourself

Two hours in a room of local business owners: future buyers, sellers and commercial clients.

  5. Bring in the founder

When the lender asks about several chambers or an exclusive territory.

Apply with this profile

Bank or credit union employee

  1. Check your employer’s rules first

Most banks have a policy on outside business activity. Clear it with your manager or compliance team before you start.

  2. Start with your marketing or CRA team

They own the sponsorship budget. Offer them a free 60-minute demo game.

  3. Offer a program the bank can say yes to

An Annual Program at a chamber your bank already supports ($18,000 a year), or 5 chambers and more at $15,000 per chamber a year.

  4. Send the bank pages

The For banks & sponsors page and the Bank partner brief. The games may qualify for CRA credit; the bank’s CRA officer decides.

  5. Go through the chambers your bank sponsors

Each one is a warm introduction, and the chamber gets its games paid for.

  6. Bring in the founder

Before the meeting with the decision-makers, and for an exclusive territory: from 3 chambers in a metro area or 10 in a state.

Insurance agent

  1. Start with your chamber

Insurance agents are usually among its most active members. Ask the program director for a slot in the small-business series.

  2. Offer a Pilot first

One game for $1,500. Or your agency sponsors a Signature Event ($3,000): your name on the screens and “Presented by” in the invitations.

  3. Send the chamber pages

Your state’s page and the Program brief; the sponsor prospectus if your agency sponsors.

  4. Host the game yourself

Two hours with business owners who all need commercial coverage.

  5. Bring in the founder

When the board asks for a demo or a quote for the Annual Program.

Marketing agency

  1. Start with clients you already serve

Chambers, business associations and the companies that sponsor their events.

  2. Lead with the Signature Event

$3,000 for one game with branding, a sponsor package, certificates and a board report. It fits an events calendar.

  3. Build your services around it

Invitations, registration, social posts: the event gives your agency one more reason to stay on the account.

  4. Send the sales pages

The Program brief for the board, the sponsor prospectus the chamber sends to its sponsors under its own name, and the ticket calculator.

  5. Bring in the founder

For the board presentation and any deal that covers several chambers.

Apply with this profile

Independent B2B rep

  1. Start on your current route

Chambers, associations, community banks and credit unions that already take your calls.

  2. Register every lead first

Deal registration keeps your leads and accounts yours.

  3. Lead with the free demo

No risk for the buyer. Then a Pilot ($1,500) or a Signature Event ($3,000).

  4. Send the sales pages

Your state’s page, the Program brief, the sponsor prospectus and the For banks & sponsors page.

  5. Push for annual contracts

Residuals come from the Annual Program ($18,000 a year) and bank programs from 5 chambers: every renewal pays you again.

  6. Bring in the founder

On your key calls: the board demo and the bank negotiation.

Apply with this profile

Coach or trainer

  1. Start where you already teach

The chamber’s small-business series, leadership program or young professionals group.

  2. Offer a Pilot inside the series

One game for $1,500, as a session of a program the chamber already runs.

  3. Host the game yourself

You already run rooms. We train you, and the game engine does the math.

  4. Suggest Elite for leadership programs

Management teams play a 4-hour game; employers usually pay the $3,000 ticket per team.

  5. Send the sales pages

Your state’s page, the Program brief and the ticket calculator.

  6. Bring in the founder

When the chamber is ready to talk about the Annual Program.
